Our flight to Manila was delayed. It took such a long time for SIA to load the passengers. It was a full flight. Krisworld at this flight as there were just less than 20 channels to choose from. I had the omelette for brunch. The other choice was the fish with rice. Mushroom Omelette with Bacon and Ham, grilled tomato and gratin potatoes. Braised Fish with hot bean sauce, vegetables and rice Ice Cream Bar for dessert But overall, it was a pleasant flight.

Every Airplane ride can be considered an experience but moreso if you take a first class airline like Singapore Airlines. After a few minutes of take off we were given hot towellettes for freshening up. And afterwards, your choice of juice. The steward also gave out menu booklets so we would know what they will be serving for breakfast. Headsets were also provided. I had a hard time what movie to choose as there was over a hundred to choose from. I ended up with Robert Downey's Sherlock Holmes. For breakfast there were 2 choices, first was corned beef hash with garlic rice and egg and the other one scrambled egg with chopped herb, grilled chicken sausage, sauteed mushrooms and hash brown potatoes.
