Bollywood (Singapore)

When you hear or see the word Bollywood you would think of India and its Film Industry and when you think of a Farm you would not think of Singapore. But in Singapore, there exists a place called "Bollywood" and it is also a Farm. 

I never thought that a City State like Singapore had farms, but there are. Located in the Kranji Countryside, Bollywood stands out in Singapore. I had a fun day exploring the farm and seeing all the Fruits and Vegetables they grow.












Bollywood is owned by Mrs Ivy Singh Lim and Mr Lim Ho Seng. It is a 10 acre Farm located at 100 Neo Tiew Road, Kranji Countryside, Singapore. Open Wednesday to Sundays 9am to 6pm.

One of Metro Manila's BEST Crispy Pata can be found in a Garage. I found about Aling Pining's Crispy Pata in a FB Comment a few months ago. When we arrived at Halcon Street we just asked the people there where we can buy Crispy Pata. We passed by it already it turned out. It was indeed just a garage. It had a small sign. Halcon Street Crispy Pata was Aling Pinings Crispy Pata.  An Old Lady was the one frying the Crispy Pata. While a middle aged woman  was the one accepting orders. D' Original Matutina's Seafood Restaurant (Dagupan, Pangasinan)

The first time I heard about Matutina's was a few years ago when it was mentioned in the Inquirer that it is a favorite Restaurant of Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Since it was a long drive just to sample their food I had a hard time adjusting an open schedule just to go all the way to Pangasinan.  This morning we were able to finally find time to go all the way to Dagupan, Pangasinan to sample Matutina's. The one we went to is the D'Original Matutina's in Tondaligan, Dagupan, Pangasinan. They have another branch in Urdaneta Also. There is a Matutina's in Tarlac City but i guess this is not connected with the Matutina's. We Ordered the following: Sizzling Bangus - This was just Delicious. The Bangus was Milky. Meat was just perfect.  Inihaw na Pusit - Grilled to perfection. The Squid was tender. Tita Lulu's Pancit Palabok (San Juan, Metro Manila)

If you are craving for Palabok and Tokwa't Baboy, the best place to go to is Tita Lulu's.  They serve delicious Palabok at Tita Lulu's (Located in front of PureGold Agora, inside the big parking lot). Always say you want the thin noodles when you order Palabok as it is better. The Tokwa't Baboy is equally delicious. Never forget to buy the palabok and tokwa't baboy together as they complement each other.
