Haagen Daz Cafe (Nanjing Road, Shanghai, China)
We went to Haagen Daz after touring Nanjing Road.
We ordered the Banana Split. After a few minutes, a veritable work of Art was served before us. A trio of Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla Scoops, and in between the Strawberry scoop were 2 wafers that were inviting us to dig in. At the sides were halved bananas, slightly coated with sugar and on 2 corners of the plate were grapes on top of whipped cream. Delicious is what all i can say about this Ice Cream dish of Haagen Dazs.
Haagen Daz ice cream in China tastes a lot better than what can be bought in the Philippines. It is not as sweet as what we have here.
They served water with lemon also. Price at 79 Yuan for the Banana Split,
