The food served on Philippine Airlines Flight PR733, Bangkok to Manila, Mabuhay Class. An appetizer of Shrimp, Beef with Pickled Carrots and Singkamas was served. Followed by a Noodle dish with beef. The Main Course was Chicken Curry. And dessert was chocolate mouse.

The food served on Philippine Airlines Flight PR 730, Manila to Bangkok, Mabuhay Class. The food was nothing Special. It began with an Appetizer of Spicy Baby Octopus mixed with some Unidentified Veggies. After the appetizer, a Salad was served which consisted of Smoked Salmon with prawns and scallops and Asian mango salsa. Different breads were also offered. The main course was a choice of Beef Kare Kare, Fried Prawns or Chicken. The Beef Kare Kare is what you may call, The Airplane Version of Kare Kare, since serving Bagoong may not sit well with other passengers, their version of kare kare made do without the all special Bagoong. In effect, the kare kare just tasted like beef curry. The fried prawns was not good either, it was too sweet for my taste. Appetizer of Baby Octopus mixed with some Veggies I cannot identify Smoked Salmon with Prawn and Scallops and Asian Mango Salsa together with a Fruit Bowl Beef Kare Kare Fried Prawns Arce Dairy Ice Cream

In every flight, it is the food that I look forward to the most. Some passengers might not give the food served during flights some attention but for me it is the most important part of the flight, aside Safety of course. :-) Here are some of the food served during some PAL flights that i have taken. Our flight to Manila was delayed. It took such a long time for SIA to load the passengers. It was a full flight. Krisworld at this flight as there were just less than 20 channels to choose from. I had the omelette for brunch. The other choice was the fish with rice. Mushroom Omelette with Bacon and Ham, grilled tomato and gratin potatoes. Braised Fish with hot bean sauce, vegetables and rice Ice Cream Bar for dessert But overall, it was a pleasant flight.

Every Airplane ride can be considered an experience but moreso if you take a first class airline like Singapore Airlines. After a few minutes of take off we were given hot towellettes for freshening up. And afterwards, your choice of juice. The steward also gave out menu booklets so we would know what they will be serving for breakfast. Headsets were also provided. I had a hard time what movie to choose as there was over a hundred to choose from. I ended up with Robert Downey's Sherlock Holmes. For breakfast there were 2 choices, first was corned beef hash with garlic rice and egg and the other one scrambled egg with chopped herb, grilled chicken sausage, sauteed mushrooms and hash brown potatoes.
