House of Yabu (Robinsons Magnolia, Quezon City)

The first time i ate in Yabu was at its Soft Opening in Megamall. I could not remember anymore how their tonkatsu tasted. It was a welcome treat to eat at Yabu again but this time at their Robinsons Magnolia branch. After watching Guardians of the Gslaxy we went to Yabu for a very early dinner. We ordered their Rosu Tonkatau and their Rosy Curry. At Yabu you get to mix your tonkatsu sauce. You are given a bowl with black and white sesame seeds. A mortar is included so you can grind the sesame seeds to your desired fineness. After a few minutes our order arrived. First to arrive was the Curry. It was a set which included Miso Soup, shredded cabbage, fruits and a side dish which looked like pickled veggies. Next the tonkatsu arrived. It was a set also which included what was included with the curry. Overall, everything was delicious. Service was good too.

Tornado Peri-Peri Chicken (Quezon City)

We were supposed to try Tornado 's last week but did not get to so this afternoon we went there.  Tornado's is just a small restaurant in Maginhawa. There were no more tables inside so we just stayed outside.  We ordered the 1/4th Peri Peri Chicken Platter (P160).  The food arrived rather quick. The plate came with the 1/4th Chicken, Rice and Corn. I noticed that the chicken was rather dry. It tasted good though, but not close enough to Nando's. I finished everything as i was really hungry. The summarize, food was good but not as good as Nando's. The service was commendable. Fast, efficient and friendly. Tornado's is located along Maginhawa in Teacher 's Village, Quezon City.

Bawai (Quezon City)

Bawai's is a relatively new addition to the Restaurant's to choose from in White Plains. Last monday i was in for a treat as my Aunt treated me to lunch at Bawai. The house that houses Bawai is the actual house of Senator Tito Sotto. He sold his house and it was bought and turned to Bawai

Late Lunch at Cocina Juan (Quezon City)

The last time we ate here was 2-3 years ago. Whenever we were in the Teacher's Village Area and we wanted to eat we would go here but they were usually closed. Yesterday they were open (never did get to ask what time they open but probably not early!) so it was my chance again to taste their chimichurri again! We ordered the Limon Chicken and Pork Belly Chimichurri and added a Pita Pizza plus Cold Chamomile Tea.  While waiting for our food we were served some Nacho Chips (Purple colored) drizzled with white sauce. This appetizer was delicous and more so that it was free. The food arrived after 10-15 minutes. The Pork Belly was DELICIOUS. The meat was soft and it was grilled just right (there were no black burnt particles) . The Chimichurri Sauce just simply made the dish heavenly. The Limon Butter was likewise good but i preffered the Pork Belly. I had to order additional Chimichurri sauce (on the menu it has a price of P35 but i dont know if i was billed for it) The Pi...

THIS RESTAURANT IS ALREADY CLOSED Jo's Chicken Inato was a Restaurant located in Quezon City. They served Delicious Chicken Inato and Halo Halo sa Buko. It is a Pity that they are already closed. But there are other branches of Jo's in the Country (Cebu, Bacolod, Dumaguete)
