Whenever we are in Los Banos or pass by Los Banos we always make it a point to buy Chocolate Cake at Mer-Nel's. Their chocolate cake is VERY GOOD! It is moist and the sweetness is just perfect. Even if it is cold, it is good. They have 2 Branches. The one we usually go to is the one near Bay. Their original Branch is the one near UPLB. This is the Medium Heart Shaped Chocolate Cake.
