Mang Vic's Bulalohan




This is a Bulalohan located along the Marikina-Infanta Road (Marcos Highway). This is at the Antipolo Part of the Highway, in Barangay Mayamot. Just Right After the Bridge.

This Bulalohan is very famous with Bikers. They have a Tarpaulin Inside which looked like it was given to them by a Biker Group. When we arrived for lunch yesterday, the place was packed! While the Bulalohan beside it had Zero Customers (Mang Vic's Bulalohan is the Original here).

We ordered the Bulalo, Inihaw na Manok and Liempo. Their Bulalo does not have any Vegetables but the BEEF is served in generous portions! The beef is fresh and very tender, the broth is very tasty (BETTER than Bulalo's in Tagaytay) and priced at just P65.00!! Who can go wrong with that Price, and compared with the Php 150-300 Price at Restaurants. The Inihaw na Manok and Liempo were a bit Cold but was good.

If you are looking for a Cheap and Delicious meal in Antipolo, or if you happen to go to Infanta, Tanay, Laguna via this Road, this is the best place to have a Meal in these Parts.

One of Metro Manila's BEST Crispy Pata can be found in a Garage. I found about Aling Pining's Crispy Pata in a FB Comment a few months ago. Halcon Street Crispy Pata was Aling Pinings Crispy Pata.  An Old Lady was the one frying the Crispy Pata. While a middle aged woman  was the one accepting orders. Bacolod's Central Market (Bacolod, Negros Occidental)

I have been to Bacolod countless times already but it was only last March 10, 2011 that i got the chance to visit Bacolod's Central Market. From what i saw and remember what was written on the Marker of the Central Market, it was built in 1938 by a certain Don De La Rama.  The Central Market is located in the center of Bacolod and can entered from 4 streets, namely Gatuslao, Gonzaga, Luzuriaga and Bonifacio Streets. We went straight to the meat section of the Central Market to look for Longaniza (Chorizo is how they call it in Negros). The Longaniza we were looking for is the small one, we bought some Longaniza before in Talisay and it was very delicious and we were hoping that they would have it too in Bacolod.  We found a Longaniza stall in the Meat Section, it was being sold for P25.00 for a Dozen. Tita Lulu's Pancit Palabok (San Juan, Metro Manila)

If you are craving for Palabok and Tokwa't Baboy, the best place to go to is Tita Lulu's.  They serve delicious Palabok at Tita Lulu's (Located in front of PureGold Agora, inside the big parking lot). Always say you want the thin noodles when you order Palabok as it is better. The Tokwa't Baboy is equally delicious. Never forget to buy the palabok and tokwa't baboy together as they complement each other.
