Deco's La Paz Batchoy

I finally got the chance to taste what Deco's La Paz Batchoy tastes like when we went to Bacolod. I had been wanting to sample Deco's La Paz Batchoy ever since I saw their billboard on the way to the Airport. Here in Metro Manila i know only of their Alphalang Branch. The branch we went to was the one near Bacolod's Central Market. We ordered their La Paz Batchoy (forgot which, but i think it was the super), a small plate of their pre-war pandesal and puto.

After a few minutes of waiting our order arrived. The La Paz Batchoy was delicious. The only difference i can think of between Ted's and Deco's is that Deco's La Paz Batchoy tastes cleaner than Ted's. Even with the liver and another inside organ mixed in the taste was still clean. The Pre War Pandesal (i think this is what Pan de sal looked like before the war, they were very small but the bread was packed unlike the pandesal of today which is more air inside) was delicious and the puto also. Both are perfect together with La Paz Batchoy.
