Puto Bumbong at Bibingka

Whenever it is already the "ber" months, 2 Filipino Delicacies usually become available everywhere. The Puto Bumbong and Bibingka. The Puto Bumbong is a delicacy that needs the right ingredients and the right cooking for it to become trully outstanding among the many Puto Bumbongs. Same goes with the Bibingka.

Just near our house is a Puto Bumbong stand that sells Puto Bumbong that can rival the ones being sold in Restaurants. Priced at P20 and P25 for the Cheese, compared to the P70 in restaurants. The Puto Bumbong and Bibingka, after all did not originate in a Restaurant, but just around the corner of a street.

I like my Puto Bumbong served with lots of butter, and instead of Sugar, Muscovado is used.
